I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia in the USA to two loving parents, Mary and James Sinclair. Both of my parents are deceased. I completed primary and secondary school in Atlanta Georgia. 

While attending Frederick Douglass High School I became Student Body President.  I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. In addition, I was a radio dis jockey for three of the four years that I attended University.

After graduating from University, I moved to New York City and began a career in refugee resettlement and child protection.  In 1991, I joined the United States Peace Corps and was stationed in Sri Lanka whereby, I was engaged in both community and economic development projects. While in Sri Lanka, I met and married my former wife and migrated to Australia where I have lived for the past 33 years.  My former wife and I share a son who resides in Sydney. In Australia, I have held numerous job roles in both the public and private sectors such as community development, social planning, telemarketing and lead generation.

I enjoy listening to all types of music, attending stage plays, attending the Opera, walking along the beach, sitting beside a lake or ocean, and enjoy travelling to foreign lands.

I secretly wish that I could play the cello like a professional. One day I seek to become a shaman.
